What We Do Best...

Help you feel like yourself again

Repair your energy

Revive your libido

Reinvigorate your mind

We see this all the time...

Women come in saying they don’t feel as mentally sharp as they used to. Sleep is off. Energy is low. There are night sweats — sometimes daytime ones too — and weight changes that don’t make sense. Many assumed the biggest change would be their period stopping. Instead, it feels like everything changed.

Our role is to help you understand what’s happening in your body — and then help support it in a way that actually makes sense for you. Not with generic advice, but with thoughtful, individualized care.

You’re not broken.
Your body is responding to change — and with the right support, it can feel steady and confident again.

10 Reasons Why Women Choose Holistica

1. Their Symptoms Don’t Fit Neatly Into One Diagnosis

People are drawn to our balanced approach that blends conventional medicine with integrative insight — without extremes.

4. They’re Tired of Treating Symptoms in Isolation

Rather than chasing one symptom at a time, people come to us to understand patterns and root contributors.

Clients choose Holistica because care feels like a partnership, not a lecture or directive.

5. They Want Accurate Information About Hormones, Not Fear
10. They Want to Feel Calm and Supported While Figuring Things Out

What to Expect When You Work With Us

Holistica operates differently than conventional, insurance-based medicine. Our model is designed for comprehensive, concierge-style care that allows the body the time it naturally needs to respond and stabilize.

Step 1: Comprehensive Evaluation

A comprehensive evaluation designed to provide clarity and direction.

This includes an in-depth review of symptoms, history, and comprehensive labs, followed by a detailed consultation where findings are explained and a personalized care plan is created for you.

This Assessment is designed to stand on its own, offering understanding, perspective, and a recommended plan tailored to you.

Initial Assessment Investment: $499 with labs included

While the initial assessment provides clarity and direction, the care program is where change is implemented, refined, and sustained.

Hormone optimization takes time. Most women engage in 16 weeks of guided care to allow the body to respond, adjust, and stabilize — with ongoing support and thoughtful refinement built into the process.

Care is structured as a comprehensive program — with visits and support integrated — rather than isolated, one-off appointments.

After meaningful improvement and stabilization are achieved, some women continue care to maintain support, refine results, and address new priorities as they arise.

This phase is about stability, confidence, and having guidance as your needs evolve.

The focus is on maintaining what’s working while making adjustments only when needed.

FAQ

Choosing a different kind of care often comes with questions. Here are a few that come up most often.

How is Holistica different from conventional medical care?

Holistica provides comprehensive, concierge-style care rather than brief, insurance-driven, problem-focused visits. Our approach is designed to work with how your body is functioning as a whole and to support meaningful, lasting change — not rushed decisions or temporary band-aid solutions.

What’s included in a care program?

Care programs are all-inclusive and designed to support you throughout the care period. This typically includes labs, visits, treatment adjustments, messaging access, and guidance from your care team. The goal is to reduce fragmentation and ensure care feels coordinated, supported, and cohesive.

Can I do just the comprehensive assessment?

Yes. You can start with the comprehensive assessment to gain clarity and understanding. During this visit, findings and recommendations are reviewed together. Most women choose to move forward with a care program once they see how individualized and supportive the process is.

What does care look like after the assessment?

An individualized, structured program is designed to implement your plan, support your body’s response, and refine treatment as needed. This is where most women experience meaningful improvement and value the continuity of care.

Is this care covered by insurance?

Holistica operates as a self-pay practice. This allows for longer visits, comprehensive evaluation, specialized treatments, and ongoing support that are not typically available within insurance-based models.

Is this approach right for everyone?

This approach is a good fit for women who want thoughtful, personalized care and appreciate a level of quality that goes beyond the usual experience.
